Halo Night is an opportunity for guys to get together to celebrate and enjoy three of God's many gifts to man:

1. Friends
2. Food
3. Video Games

Once a month (if schedules permit), we get together on a Friday night and eat pizza, brownies, and other such unhealthy foods as we shoot and grenade each other into oblivion.

We all acknowledge that we pretty much stink at Halo, but it's fun, it's accessible to newcomers, and it gives a perfectly legal way to shoot one another that doesn't require paintball bruises.

Most of us are in our twenties, as part of the first generation of gamers to grow into adulthood. Most of us are married, and many (if not most) have children. In fact, sometimes the children come, too (often beating their dads).

In any case, we just want to have fun and fellowship together, and Halo has proven to be a great tool for doing so.
